Airline cargo transporation of a pup is increasingly harder to come by.

 

Most airlines will only allow the animal to be carried on and remain throughout the flight w/ a human companion.

 

Also, the number of animals per flight is restricted - making it more and more difficult to secure a pup over a wide geographic distance.

 

Do your homework. Check w/ the airlines in your area because rules vary according to season, weather conditions, etc.

 

Bellissima Farms would love to share our fantastic breeding program and complete your family with a member of ours, however, if transportation proves to be a costly concern, we will gladly direct you to a reputable breeder who is closer to the destination point.

 

Any and all transportation, including but not limited to trade-outs, returns, etc., is the entire responsibility of the buyer.

While Bellissima Farms is greatly concerned about Customer Satisfaction, sadly GUARANTEES are necessary in a litigious society.

GUARANTEE

Pending delivery of stock to Buyer, Buyer shall assume risk of loss of said pup except where loss is caused by gross negligence of Seller or injury during shipment.

 

It is suggested Buyer obtain insurance for pup during transport and post-transport to protect interests.Seller is held harmless by Buyer in the event of accident, illness, injury or pups' death.

 

Seller guarantees a newborn pup for a period of one year post purchase. If dog is six months +, Seller guarantees pup for period of six months post purchase. If dog is a rescued pup, Seller is unable to guarantee pup.

 

A licensed vet autopsy must be completed on any pup who expires within the Guarantee period. Upon receipt of autopsy report confirming congenital ilness and confirmation analysis by vet retained by BFII, Seller agrees to replace dog w/ another of equal value.

 

Buyer agrees no vet bills will be paid by Bellissima Farms regardless.

 

A vet exam is strongly encouraged for the new pup within 5 days of receipt of pup - at Buyers' expense. If Buyer opts not to have such health check completed, Buyer assumes all risk of ilness, injury, loss of use, unsoundness and/or death of said animal post-purchase.

 

No exchange will be considered by Seller unless Seller is immediately notified and pup is safely returned within 7 days post-purchase. Transportation to be paid by Buyer.

 

Neither vet or ransportation costs associated with any action by the Buyer will be paid by Seller.

 

Should Buyer choose to request a refund, Buyer agrees 10% of purchase price is non-refundable.
